GenioPolicy is a proposal addressing the American people to embrace a new political system that takes only the efficient norms of governance from Democracy, Geniocracy, and Technocracy, then deploys the latest technologies to make every American happy — conservativism and progressivism believers.
It’s up to you, America, to either keep the conventional thinking or go anti-conventional and amaze the world, as you always do.
Don’t panic, America! The GenioPolicy revolution won’t happen overnight. The Algorithm I’m developing will baby steps it using Hashtags.
The top-to-bottom change that GenioPolicy calls for won’t happen overnight. It’s a movement to engage the American people to crowdsource the drafting of the second version of the US Constitution using hashtags. We The People V2.0 will give us a brand-new Constitution that fits today’s challenges and uses cutting-edge technologies to keep us and the generation to come united.
Again don’t panic; GenioPolicy won’t give up on American values or federalism.
It’s all about pulling the rug under the politicians on both sides by deploying GenioPolicy’s Big Vote and Big Confusion to securely hand the power and the accurate knowledge to the weekly vote of the American people.
The GenioPolicy system comes out as America starts to lose its privilege to other evil regimes like the CCP. Americans nowadays are more divided than at any point in the last century. The partisan antipathy of today is getting more profound and much more extensive. Some groups from both sides, Republicans and Democrats, have exceeded their ideological beliefs to start taking the law into their own hands, like what the world witnessed from the riots destroying Portland, and the Capitol on Jan. 6th, which shocked the hell out of us.
It is time for America to rethink the Constitution as a whole, not just make a couple of amendments to it.
In fact, there is a reason people protest on both sides — BLM and Proud-Boys, Americans have lost their trust in the system. The system that was well-thought by the Founding Fathers, and which brought America to a word-class privilege, is no longer addresses today’s modern challenges.
It’s been 233 years of pride. Every July 4th, the American people celebrate their independence and a Constitution that leads America to be classified as the greatest on this blue planet. But nowadays, America faces dozens of big issues dividing us, like police brutality, immigration, a broken voting system, a century-old infrastructure, vehicular traffic getting worse, climate change, gun control, an after-COVID economy, weak foreign policy, etc. Those significant issues impact the daily life of Americans more extensively than ever before. It is time for today’s Constitution to live only in a museum. GenioPolicy encourages the American people to rethink a new Constitution that is compromisable, creative, and efficient enough to keep America leading the world in innovation and civility. We need to make all this possible by the year 2030.
Why don’t political initiatives go far?
Many nonprofit political organizations in America launch initiatives to raise money and fight for either a conservative or a liberal value. Still, they never seem to achieve much. This is because they stick to the inside-the-box ideas of concentrating on amendments, or the decades-old call for a convention of the state. Knowing most Americans are afraid of change and baby steps must be taken over time.
On the other hand, GenioPolicy has designed a win-win deal for every American, proposing a creative system that gets the American people involved in rewriting a modern Constitution that will reform the whole system.
A new Constitution will pave the way for a top-to-bottom reform to the state laws and local governing regulations that rule Americans’ daily lives. Replacing the entire U.S. code with a crowdsource-written one will result in bringing creative and efficient laws. It will also get rid of the century-old Constitutional laws most of us are don’t pay attention to, like:
1- Jury nullification.
Definition: The U.S. Jury nullification has its origins in colonial America under British law. It generally occurs when a member(s) of a criminal trial jury believes that a defendant is guilty but chooses to acquit the defendant anyway because the juror(s) consider that the law is unjust.
Comment: Jury nullification is one of the absurdities that destabilize the whole system. GenioPolicy proposes a system called the 39th Real-time Justice, which uses the latest technologies to modernize the judicial system as a whole, the jury will no longer make sense.2- Common laws
Definition: Common laws influence the decision-making process in unusual cases where the outcome cannot be determined based on existing statutes or written law rules.
Comment: Meaning Americans should go to court with their fingers crossed.3- Adverse possession [another common-law absurdity, which we still can’t get rid of]
Definition: It’s a doctrine under which a person in possession of land owned by someone else may acquire valid title to it, so long as certain common law requirements are met, and the adverse possessor is in possession for a period of time, as defined by a statute of limitations determined by each state individually.
Comment: Suppose you leave the country for any reason, then after 10 years you return to America to find the house you spent your life paying for mortgages is now legally owned by a thief. We need to change our system and send the Heritage-Law to live in a museum.
There are thousands of legal examples proving the absurdity we live in today. The absurdities piles on top of each other, and we subconsciously normalize it. Like open-container fed laws, we never give it a deep thought. The fed law somehow inspires local law to force New Yorkers to cover a beer purchased from a convenience store. Prohibiting public consumption of alcohol is a little understandable, but covering a purchased beer-can that was just uncovered inside a store every ‘age’ can access to!!!
Everyone has a different perspective in seeing laws. Maybe this booze-bag law was created in the first place for a good reason. If it was made for a purpose back in the day, then why do we still unconsciously accept a decades-old regulation to harasses New Yorkers with violation tickets in 2021?
Did the founding fathers miss something?
America’s founding fathers were brilliant and visionary enough to design the 3 branches of government. A system that prevents America from being a dictatorial state, reserve rights, and serve citizens way better than other countries. In fact, there is nothing wrong with that beautiful Constitution that brought America to be the greatest nation on the planet. The problem is the challenges that America faces today. These challenges have reached a point where top-to-bottom reform must take place.
Excluding the Civil War, America’s founding fathers designed a system that mostly kept us united. But nowadays, we see the ones in office, on both sides red and blue, getting much more ignorant and 90% of the time acting stupid in dealing with the country’s challenges. The lack of creative solutions and the biased leadership results in special interest groups taking the law into their own hands. Viral videos showing both the white and black groups carrying rifles and machine guns, threatening to burn the country down to ashes. These scenes stick in ordinary people’s minds, like many Americans and I, we just want to live a good life. But when the next nationwide riots happen and the chaos gets to its max, then the ashes start to raise up, and guess who’s getting happier? You guessed it, Putin and Xi Jinping👇 👇
America’s outdated system does not match today’s technologies.
America’s founding fathers didn’t consider the Russian or the CCP’s interference in the American elections; they had no clue what cyberattacks are. They also didn’t consider the impact of the Fiat currency on the global economy —it would have been impossible for them to even imagine.
The current challenges required an entire reform that creatively establishes the new framework of federal departments and resetting priorities to keep America #1.
Regarding the systemic racism, I ran research for years to address the big-issue of systemic racism, seeing it with a different perspective, then I realize that color doesn’t matter as much as the pre-assumed behaviors assigned to a specific color. Based on that, I invented 5 GenioPolicy creative packages that work together to erase systemic racism in a 10-year-plan.
The GenioPolicy Movement/Philosophy.

Under GenioPolicy the leadership area is gone.
In the near future, the leader is yourself. When the Big Vote (BV) takes place, it will get the US. citizens to easily and safely vote on a weekly basis, while the BVI will transform the social and the mainstream media industry to a trustworthy source that provides accurate knowledge prior to every vote. If someone chooses to not vote for any reason, his/her vote power will be automatically granted to his/her influencers for nationwide votes, the PO governor for statewide votes, and the PO mayor for citywide votes. All that remains are the big businesses who are buying lobbying power from today’s politicians. This significant challenge has already been solved by the Big Vote Equation [I will add an article to clear this subject up soon].
Now after all these creative frameworks, the time of finger-pointing is gone. So why would you need a leader? The leader is you.
If you wonder why politicians buy votes with lies, it’s because Representative Democracy should be reconsidered among the GenioPolicy’s call for a brand-new Constitution.
A new Constitution requires a new system that keeps the American values while extracting the efficient parts from other systems like Democracy, Geniocracy, and Technocracy.
Albert Einstein said it all, he’s widely credited with saying, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.” We are still doing it with our elections. We put some liar in office who seems like (s)he shares our ideology, and after few months we realize that we got screwed and we start complaining about the governing quality of the same liar we voted for. And we all have the same excuse: WHAT CAN WE DO? THAT’S HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS!!!
We are so used to this system that, in a way, we are afraid of any other options may bring creativity and efficiency to the Americans’ daily life.
Well, GenioPolicy is the new system that America may consider. It proposes many creative packages, like The Big Vote package, which makes the near-future weekly vote of the American people as easy as sending an SMS, while The Big Confusion package makes it as secure as a Non-Fungible Token. With those decentralized concepts, the Americans will only need accurate knowledge prior to every Big-Vote, and that’s when the BVI takes place to turn the Mainstream Media and Social Media into trustworthy sources of information, which also get the National Academics involved to game-change the media industry.

This is why GenioPolicy proposes the new governing concept of part-time officials who think of creative policies, while full-time Chiefs of Staff execute them, all under the total control of the American people’s weekly ‘Big-Vote’.”
Under GenioPolicy, continuous improvement is critical.
Under Representative Democracy, we’ve had the same Constitution for 233 years. The GenioPolicy philosophy pre-imagines the lifestyle and the mindset of the people for the next 5 generations or so, but no one could accurately predict what kind of challenges the next generations will face, or what kind of technologies will take place in the next 50 years. Today’s mistake of sticking to the same Constitution for centuries is something we won’t let our children do. Establishing a constitution that fits the challenges and the technologies of every 50 years will make sure that America stays great and safe.
The definition of the term GenioPolicy comes from a combination of the word ‘genius’ and the word ‘policy’.
1- ‘Genius’ describes a system designed to select creativity and intellectuality as the primary factors for part-time governance. At the same time, the full-time chiefs of staff are required to execute “the pushes” rather than “the pulls”.
* Under The Big Vote and The Big Confusion packages, "Pulls" are the creative policies invented by the genius part-time official(s). "Pushes" are the final decisions on those policies, which will be big-voted* by the American people on a weekly basis. In some cases, especially at a city or state level, the pushes may become temps*, which are policies that are temporarily tested as law. This concept is very beneficial when the American people want to see the impact of a policy before it becomes a law for the years to come.* The terms pull and push of The Big Vote and The Big Confusion were used following the command lines of GitHub, a web app widely used by developers to host version-controlled software developments. GitHub uses pulls and pushes to deploy code, which will be the same of a GenioPolicy procedure, when the American people turn a policy into law.
2- ‘Policy’ was chosen rather than ‘Cracy’, to describe a system when the American people review, rewrite, and big-vote* on each policy individually. Rethinking today’s law by instituting the primary factor of rewriting one bill at a time will guarantee accurate knowledge and enough time to allow the American people to big-vote* once or twice a week.
